Roles & Responsibilities

In the process of early education, there are many stake holders that play vital roles and influence the development of child’s overall personality

The Child as Learner

Young children learn best through activities that are relevant to their lives and varied enough to be challenging and engaging.

The role of Teachers

Teachers at 360 Kids use reflective practice, planned observation, and a range of assessment strategies to identify the strengths, needs, and interests of individual children in order to provide instruction that is appropriate for each child.

The role of Parents

Children perform better in school if their parents are involved in their education. Parents can do many things to support and be involved in their child’s learning – for example, they can provide encouragement and express interest in their child’s education.

The role of Principal

Principal plays an important role in building professional learning communities that promote collaboration, reflection, and growth, and that enhance teaching and learning in all areas of the Kindergarten program.

The role of Community Partners

It is important that principal and teachers identify the strengths, needs, and unique characteristics of the community in order to maximize parents’ participation in their children’s school life.
